Under the direction of Dave Bernier, president and event architect of La Twist, each project becomes a unique adventure. With 34 years of experience in hospitality ( former owner+creator Café des Éclusiers+Grange vin+bouffe )and 26 years in events, Dave has been able to surround himself with the best talent in Montreal. From our in-house employees to our carefully selected partners, we have a team of experts dedicated to delivering an unparalleled experience for every customer.
